In addition, Homsher will serve on the bank’s board of directors as well.
In their new roles, Homsher and Koos said that they will contribute their efforts to firms experienced management team that has successfully guided the Bank through challenging economic environments and directed its growth and expansion into new markets.
Homsher brings 30 years of extensive banking experience in California to his new position as banks’s president and CEO.
Most recently, Homsher was founder and president of Alternative Strategies. He was also director for Pacific Coast Bankers Bank in San Francisco.
Koos has served as president and CEO at various state-chartered Banks and Organizing Groups for the last 10 years. He was chief financial officer at Frontier State Bank in Redondo Beach and he was also founder of Continental Bank of America.
