California Bank & Trust (CB&T), a subsidiary of Zions Bancorporation, has completed the conversion of the former Alliance Bank accounts and buildings into California Bank & Trust. It has integrated more than 6,000 deposit accounts of former Alliance Bank following its acquisition of Alliance Bank from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in February 2009.

The bank said with the completion of Alliance bank conversion, CB&T will have 93 branches within the state of California, which include the new branches in Culver City, Woodland Hills and Brentwood.

The bank reported that the conversion of these accounts will provide former Alliance bank business customers to access the CB&T’s customer-focused financial services such as Remote Deposit, which enables businesses to scan paper checks directly from the office and transmit those images to the bank via a secure internet connection.

Scott Monson, Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Commercial Banking Division at California Bank & Trust, said:  “California Bank & Trust is pleased to announce that the conversion of Alliance Bank to California Bank & Trust was a smooth transition. Now former Alliance customers can benefit from joining our bank which has an array of financial products and high-quality customer service. California Bank & Trust clients will be able to enjoy the added branches in the Southern California area and we look forward to a long and beneficial relationship with all of our clients.”
