Each year, Orange County Register readers cast their votes for their favorite services, hot spots, shops and restaurants. The 2015 survey was conducted in May with readers casting their votes in over 75 categories. Financial institutions across Orange County were considered in the "Best Bank" category.

As announced in August of this year, CB&T was also voted "Best Bank" and "Best Commercial Bank" for 2015 by the readers of the San Diego Union-Tribune. This marked the fifth consecutive year CB&T has taken top honors as "Best Bank" in San Diego.
