Based in the Pacific Northwest, Young will be responsible for promoting Butterfield Fulcrum’s fund administration services to investment managers across the west coast and mid-west markets.

Previously, Young was located in New York. He joined Butterfield Fulcrum in 2010 from BNP Paribas- Corporate and Investment Banking where he held various positions within the equity & commodity derivatives group including: hedge fund derivatives, capital introduction and their managed account platform business.

Butterfield Fulcrum CEO Glenn Henderson said there are tremendous opportunities for Butterfield Fulcrum to provide its full-service administration offering to the investment communities on the west coast as well as the mid-west as these markets are home to a vast number of hedge funds, fund of funds, family offices, private equity and real estate funds.

Young said Butterfield Fulcrum brings both a comprehensive client integration process for on-boarding new funds as well as significant experience in providing the tools and resources that investment managers seek from their service providers.
