The prime brokerage division of BTIG is a mid-market prime broker, with more than 300 investment managers utilizing BTIG as their prime broker.
The brokerage firm said that the addition of a second custodial and clearing option for clients is a strategic enhancement, providing a multi-prime solution for clients who are growing rapidly and want to diversify their custodial counterparty risk.

BTIG serves customers services in 11 areas: equity trading, fixed income, futures trading, convertible securities, equity derivatives, prime brokerage, outsource trading, direct market access, capital markets, equity research and corporate access.
