The fund offers the public direct access to a team of experienced hedge fund managers and invests in common stock, convertible securities, and debt securities issued by companies of any market capitalization, mainly in the US.
Utilizing a combination of long-biased and market neutral arbitrage trading strategies, the fund will also deploy convertible arbitrage, event-driven arbitrage and fixed income arbitrage strategies, among other investing and trading strategies.
The Fund will be managed by the senior team of Kenneth Lee, the portfolio manager of the fund and the founder and managing member of BCM and Charles Morgan, partner and co-manager of investments for the company.
The company provides investment management services for hedged and un-hedged strategies in commingled investment funds and private accounts.
