The Bank of Valletta (BOV) service point at Pavi is open 24 hours a day and is already proving to be very popular with our customers, said Alan Cassar, executive head responsible for sales and product development at BOV. By opening a new service point within Pavi, we wanted to bring our services closer to the customer, at a location that is regularly visited for shopping.
Through its Pavi service point, BOV is seeking to promote card usage as a straightforward and efficient payment mechanism. BOV cards offer a number of benefits, including purchase protection insurance available on certain cards, and an interest-free credit period on credit cards.
BOV cash machines offer a wide range of banking services, including deposits, transfer of funds and a recently launched mobile phone top up service.
