Demko, who was serving as head of Broker-Dealer Services and GCS for the Europe, Middle East & Africa region, will report to Jonathan Spirgel, head of GCS sales and relationship management.

Lehman will report to Jim Malgieri, head of GCS service delivery and GCS regions and will also handle the responsibility of head of BNY Mellon’s secured finance business in EMEA on an interim basis, and remains based in London.

BNY Mellon currently manages $2trn in global collateral such as tri-party repo collateral globally, and nearly $100bn in assets through its Liquidity DIRECT investment portal.
