The committee will be made up of CEO, Mark Hemsley, and five members who come from the BATS Europe business.
BATS Chi-X Europe executive committee will include Paul O’Donnell who has been named as COO and Michael Beaver who will serve as CFO.
Jerry Avenell and Alex Dalley have been named as co-heads of sales and Graham Dick as head of index and derivatives products;
Adam Eades will lead legal and regulatory affairs and Michael Newell has been named as head of business development.
All members of the executive committee will report to Hemsley.
