Barclays Capital, the investment banking division of Barclays Bank, has appointed Matt Grinnell as managing director, head of Financial Sponsors within its Investment Banking Division, EMEA. This appointment continues the expansion of Barclays Capital’s sector coverage within its Investment Banking business globally.
He will work hand-in-hand with the country coverage and global sector teams to provide full coverage to Financial Sponsors clients. He will be based in London reporting to Kevin Wall, head of Corporate Finance, EMEA based in London and John Miller, managing director, head of Global Financial Sponsors based in New York.
Mr. Wall, head of Corporate Finance, EMEA, said: Matt will help the team build on its already strong client relationships. This appointment further demonstrates the firm’s commitment to provide world class products and global solutions to our clients for all of their risk management, financing and advisory needs.
