In his role, Cummings will advise on important client opportunities across sectors and industry groups. He will report to Jeffrey Urwin and Kevin Willsey, co-heads of Investment Banking in the Americas.
Cummings spent 27 years at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in corporate finance advising clients on mergers and acquisitions and strategic financing. Cummings currently sits on the boards of directors of two publicly owned companies, Corning Incorporated and Viasystems Group.
Willsey said Bob brings to the firm a vast array of deep relationships from working with large multi-national companies across various industries over the past three decades. He will be extremely valuable to the investment banking franchise as clients continue to look for strategic opportunities across products and regions.
