The newly appointed Paul Brennan and Lewis Watts, both as directors, will be based in London and will join over the course of the next two months.

Brennan will join from real estate investment advisor Roundstone Capital, where he was founding director, having previously worked at Develica Management and Goldman Sachs private wealth management arm.

Watts will join from SG Hambros Bank & Trust, where for the last 12 years he sourced and managed entrepreneurial clients, most recently having held the position of head of UK Private Banking. He previously worked in private banking at Rabobank.

In addition to the these two appointments, Mark Brown will join the London team from Barclays Wealth Americas, where he has been a director in the San Francisco office since June 2009.

Brown previously worked at Barclays Capital, which he joined in 2002, and he will join with nearly 30 years of financial markets experience.

Barclays Wealth managing director and head of High Net Worth UK & Ireland Private Bank Rory Gilbert said the continuing expansion of this division is an important step towards realising the growth ambitions within the High Net Worth space as Barclays build on its position as the largest UK wealth manager.
