The team will now come under the name HBOS Women. The team has a broader agenda, driving the voice of entrepreneurship for women in the UK and working to create a business landscape that encourages female wealth creation and success.
The HBOS Women team believes that there is value in recognizing some of the subtle differences between the genders within a business environment, for example attitudes to debt and risk, management style, networking style, working patterns and communication style. HBOS Women’s activities support female entrepreneurs by providing access to information, sponsorships, networks and new opportunities that help build business success. Their influence and work help to create a banking environment that welcomes female entrepreneurs and promotes the advancement of female talent.
