Prior to joining US Bank, Cruzan was currently serving as managing director of JP Morgan as well as in the bank’s Wealth Management group.

With more than 30 years of expertise of the financial services industry and banking sector, Cruzan has held various roles including capital markets, syndications, wealth management, commercial and investment banking, and cash management.

US Bank executive vice president and head of commercial banking Kenneth Ladd said Marsha’s appointment will further enhance growth and service to Chicago consumers and businesses.

The bank operates 81 branches with over 1,670 employees in the Chicago area across numerous business sectors such as retail banking, corporate trust, wealth management, commercial real estate and corporate banking.

As of 31 December 2011, the bank had $340bn in assets and operating 3,085 banking offices in 25 states and 5,053 ATMs.
