The board of directors has elected Pamela J Fawver to the position of Retail delivery administrator and elected Rebecca Coggin Hubert to the position of vice president, regional retail manager.
Prior to the promotion, Fawver had been a regional manager responsible for oversight of the bank’s branches in Montross, Warsaw, Callao and Colonial Beach.
Fawver joined the Bank of Lancaster in February 1998 as the manager of the bank’s new Montross branch and in 1999 was promoted to branch officer and in 2001, she was promoted to assistant vice president.
She was promoted to vice president in December 2005 and later as regional sales manager in December 2010.
Hubert will now have responsibility for those branches, as well as business development in Essex, Richmond and Westmoreland Counties.
Prior to Bank of Lancaster, Hubert was employed with a financial institution in Tappahannock, providing leadership and management to two branch teams and successfully reaching and exceeding business development requirements.
