TouchPoint will provide new branch cash management, sales management and cross-sell capabilities for the bank.

FIS said that its technology will offer integration between TouchPoint and the bank’s core platforms, providing users with access to customer information.

TouchPoint suite of applications comprises an architecture that provides real-time access to a financial institution’s back-end and line-of-business systems.

Bank of Ayudhya president and CEO Mark Arnold said that the bank has had a successful relationship with FIS for more than 20 years.

"We are confident that by adding the capabilities of the TouchPoint suite to our existing solutions, we will be best positioned to provide superior service to our customers and become a bank of choice in the Thai consumers’ mind,"Arnold said.

Earlier this month, FIS has acquired two firms that specialize in the risk, fraud and compliance markets, ICS Risk Advisors and Memento.
