BancTec, a provider of document and payment processing services, has released version 2.0 of CenterVision, its platform for processing and managing multiple streams of in-bound information.

According to the company, the new version of CenterVision improves the platform’s ability to provide mail processing and control, with better service level agreement (SLA) management, enhanced document tracking and resource utilization capabilities. Optimal customer access to information, expanded reporting and overall usability enhancements are also provided.

BancTec claims that CenterVision 2.0 provides support for key business requirements, which include: cost cutting, service excellence, consolidation, compliance and quality standards.

Specific product enhancements in CenterVision 2.0 include: logistics manager; customer portal; feedback mechanisms to improve SLA monitoring, and integrated billing.
