Lange, who previously had worked at Baird, will focus on Baird’s equity transaction business within the Industrial and Transportation & Logistics sectors.
Based at Baird’s headquarters in Milwaukee, he will work closely with Greg Ingram and Peter Kies, co-directors of Baird’s ECM Desk.
Lange spent the last three years as the head of ECM for Industrials and the Middle Market at Lazard where he advised management teams and Boards of Directors on capital structure, capital allocation and other equity deal execution related matters.
Prior to his time at Lazard, he worked at Baird for 12 years in different roles including the head of Private Placement and the head of Fixed Income group.
Lange also worked at Firstar Bank and Merrill Lynch earlier in his career.
Baird equity transaction business provides clients with financing options including initial public offerings (IPOs), follow-on offerings and Private Investment in Public Equities (PIPEs).
