Auerbach Grayson has appointed Chris Dodson as head of Japanese Equities in coordination with this effort.

Dodson will be responsible for expanding Auerbach Grayson’s Japanese equity research sales, providing their institutional clients with strategic insight on the growing investment opportunities the region has to offer.

The partnership will also allow Advanced Research Japan to expand its institutional equity business by servicing Auerbach Grayson’s clients, more than 400 of the largest US institutional investors.

Auerbach Grayson CEO and co-founder David Grayson said Japan is a comparative value, both regionally and amongst mature economies. Japanese capital markets were hard hit during the global economic crisis, and are primed to bounce back significantly in the recovery.

"Our partnership with Advanced Research Japan, coupled with Chris’ knowledge and experience, positions Auerbach Grayson as a leading international broker in the country, providing the broadest and most in-depth coverage for investors seeking to increase exposure in Japan," Grayson said.
