Ms Sutfin will be responsible for the financial management and fiscal reporting of the company overseeing accounting and SEC reporting, planning and financial analysis, loan review, treasury, shareholder and investor relations as well as administrative oversight for the internal audit function.
Ms Sutfin most recently worked as executive vice president and head of business decision support at LaSalle Bank Corporation. She has a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Chicago.
