Saldivar responsibilities include recruiting mortgage advisors, expanding Absolute’s brand and better serving the greater Los Gatos market with a complete product suite and ideal service model.
Prior to joining Absolute, she served as sales manager for the Loan Source. Previously, she was a private mortgage banker with Wells Fargo Private Mortgage and CEO of Amerimac First Mortgage.
Absolute Mortgage Banking president Eric Trailer said Teri has been a mortgage consultant for some 30 years and has owned and managed several of the largest mortgage firms in Santa Clara County.
"She also currently serves as a thought leader and expert witness for the legal community in mortgage related matters. Teri’s experience and network will allow Absolute Mortgage Banking to further its leadership in the South Bay," Trailer said.
