At Karl Thomson, Alex has been responsible for Investment Banking business since 2002.
Alex will continue in his positions at Karl Thomson and Shenyang Public Utility.
Alex previously worked with both Nomura International and Peregrine Capital, where he was registered as an Investment Representative with the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission.
In addition, the company saids Ernest Wong will remain as an executive director of the company, and will delegate his former responsibilities as CFO to Alex.
