First Data is providing an extensive range of services to Cetelem, including an end-to-end solution for card and PIN personalization, issuer transaction authorization, card management, clearing and settlement, dispute processing and risk monitoring.
Call center services are being performed in the new First Data call center in Romania, which is able to support cardholder requests in both Romanian and English.
