In his new role, Hodge will be responsible to oversee the strategic direction and brand initiatives for the Alpari group of companies worldwide.

Hodge started his career working in blue chip global businesses in marketing roles at Wilkinson Sword, Cadbury and Scottish Courage.

He then moved on to start-up, low-cost airline bmibaby, where he was the commercial director running marketing, sales, ecommerce, revenue management and network planning, before joining IG Group in 2008.

At IG, Hodge introduced a new global advertising campaign, launched the company’s new website and engineered some of the most innovative marketing campaigns in the sector.
