The collaboration will enable users to trade, exchange and store their assets securely.

Exmo co-founder Ivan Petukhovsky said: “EXMO strives to ensure the most effective trading conditions for its users by maximising the number of efficient payment channels it has to offer.

“With the ability to make faster payments and provide users with payment accounts, we’re able to set ourselves apart and offer the quality of service that more closely parallels the level that customers would expect from the traditional financial world.”

Claimed to be the first time of this kind, the partnership will allow traders on the Exmo platform to make instant deposits and withdrawals in Euros.

Through Mistertango, Exom users can also make single Euro payment area (SEPA) transfers, enabling faster payments for customers.

All users of the crypto-exchange can rapidly and securely facilitate and fund crypto activities using fiat currency, via Mistertango payment account.

The current account comes complete with IBAN number, allowing to transfer money instantly via SEPA and an accompanying prepaid MasterCard.

Mistertango is already working with more than 100 crypto exchanges, and the current collaboration will help the company to better serve crypto partners and expand its user community.

Exmo has selected Mistertango for its competitive pricing model, as well as to simplify know your customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) checks.

Mistertango business manager Gabrielius Bilkštys said: “This partnership is the latest chapter in our continued growth story. EXMO is one of the biggest crypto players in Europe so this deal is a real testament to our growth so far and our increasing recognition within the industry.”

Mistertango, which is an electronic money institution regulated by the Bank of Lithuania, is said to be the first crypto-friendly electronic payment company that offers IBAN accounts to individuals and crypto-related businesses such as cryptocurrency exchanges and ICO companies.

Mistertango works with around 100 ICO companies such as Crypterium, WePower, Blackmoon, Latoken, Amazix, Lympo and Bitdegree. It has also collaborated with multiple crypto-exchanges such as CEX.IO, itBit, Coingate, Coinfalcon and Gatecoin.
