The turn-key ATM managed services agreement includes maintenance and cash delivery through Bank Machine’s in-house cash-in-transit company Green Team.
Yorkshire has 178 of its own branches, supported by a network of agencies spanning the country.
Bank Machine operates over 3,000 ATMs throughout the UK and offers clients with a full-service ATM solution, with capabilities covering all aspects from site selection to cash delivery.
Cardtronics said that in addition to the 20 ATMs located in its branches, Yorkshire Building Society also expressed interest in expanding ATM access to more of its branches, with any new ATMs to be operated by Bank Machine on the Society’s behalf.
Cardtronics CEO Steve Rathgaber said that Bank Machine has been building out its capability to provide ATM managed services over the last several years, leveraging its best-in-class infrastructure and capabilities, including Green Team, to offer a completely turnkey way for banks and building societies to improve ATM performance while focusing on their core initiatives.
