Boulukos will join as managing director and will focus on hedge funds and real money accounts for debt products. Valecce as a management director, will lead BMO’s dealer sales desk, specializing in Government-Sponsored Enterprises (GSE) Debt. Collins will as managing director of rate trading.

Boulukos and Valecce, both based in New York, report to Bill Kirby, head of US core rate sales in the debt products group.

Boulukos has 26 years of banking experience. He was previously at BNP Paribas Securities in New York, where he managed Short Term Interest Rate Sales. Prior to BNP, Boulukos held various management positions at Morgan Stanley and Barclays.

Collins, based in London, will report to Scott Graham, head of BMO’s US government bond trading.
He was previously a manager on the HSBC US government bond sales and trading desk in London.

Valecce comes to BMO Capital Markets from CRT Capital where he was senior vice president, focusing on bonds and fixed income. He has 20 years of financial experience at firms including Lehman Brothers, Barclays Capital, Citigroup Global Markets and Goldman Sachs.

BMO Capital head of government bond trading Scott Graham said BMO has an established fixed income presence in North America and London.
