ITS said that it has completed the deployment across the bank’s 317 branches in coordination with Zinith bank.

The completion of Ethix solution helps the Zenith to operates more efficiently, and enables it to offer customers with a variety of products and improved service.

By providing a single view of both the business and the customer Ethix solution will enable Zenith Bank to gain an better understanding of its customers, effectively monitor and manage risk as well as lower the total cost of ownership.

Ethix will also enable Zenith to develop a range of new products to reinforce its presence and enter new markets in the face of increased competition.
