The application can be accessed by members with a Payfirma merchant account which avails them to accept all major credit cards and VISA Debit on their Android mobile and tablet devices without any time and place constraints.

Payfirma founder Michael Gokturk said that the company’s payment software is designed in collaboration with businesses by focusing on speed, security and efficiency, which will allow its customers to accept payments on their phones or tablets.

Payfirms said that the application has been upgraded following the recent mobile payment re-vamp released and will facilitate users to swipe a card, sign on the screen, and send their customers a rich e-receipt which also includes a map of the location of the purchase.

The company is also designing NFC (near-field communication) support for all its mobile payment applications, which is anticipated to allow users to wave or tap their NFC enabled credit or debit card to it’s point-of-sale system to accept payments.

"PayPass or payWave greatly allows our merchants to quickly and efficiently checkout at the cash register," Gokturk said.

"By enabling our applications to communicate using NFC, lines at the register become a thing of the past."
