In this role, Kottler is responsible for the retail segment, including retail operations, credit cards, sales, retail training and small business. He will replace Mike Naquin, who will move to continue the development of the Florida markets.

Most recently, Kottler was executive vice president for small business banking at Capital One Bank, covering Texas, Louisiana, Maryland, Virginia, DC, New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.

Prior to his current role, he led Capital One’s branch, branch real estate and business banking functions in the ‘de novo’ markets, including Dallas, Houston, Austin, San Antonio and several other communities.

Iberiabank president and CEO Daryl Byrd said the depth and breadth of Kottler’s experience in retail and in small business banking will help drive the franchise to the next level.
