Eagle said this move builds on the existing collaboration which began in 2007 with the adoption of its data management and performance measurement solutions which are hosted by Eagle ACCESS.
Intact Investment vice president and COO Alain Fortin said that by leveraging Eagle’s accounting solution, the company will improve operational efficiency, streamline reporting processes and reduce costs.
"These benefits will result in easier and faster interpretation of financial information that helps us in our decision-making and in continuing to deliver solid investment returns for our investors," Fortin said.
Specializing in active management of stocks and fixed-income securities, IIM manages invested assets of $11.8bn on behalf of Intact Financial.
