The US wealth manager said that he will manage JP Morgan’s all strategic activities in the region together with his current global banking responsibilities.

Urwin is the first global head of JP Morgan investment banking based in Asia Pacific, who will relocate to Hong Kong from New York in May this year and continue to report to Jes Staley, CEO of the Investment Bank.

Prior to accepting the current position as global banking head, Urwin was co-head of Investment Banking for North America.

Before joining JP Morgan, he was co-head of global investment banking at Bear Stearns.
