Admirals Bank chairman of the board and CEO Nicholas Lazares said the banking center will be the flagship location for the Bank’s new Bespoke Banking services, which will offer clients personalized banking through dedicated relationship bankers.

"As we planned the opening of this location, we envisioned a place where clients can establish a relationship with their bankers. Consumers have lost confidence in the financial services industry; our goal is to raise expectations about what a bank should be," said Lazares.

"Customers have relationships with their doctors and with their accountants; they should have the same relationship with their bankers. That is the essence of Bespoke Banking: excellent service and individualized banking relationships."

Bespoke Banking is a new, signature product for Admirals Bank, where clients will have a dedicated relationship officer as their direct contact who will offer them excellent service and an ongoing relationship.

At personalized banking centre, a consumer can customized banking products and services as per their convenience and specific financial needs.
