The new system supervises ATM and deposit machines financially and technically through a central system that works 24 hours a day.

This allows branch officials to detect any malfunctions that those machines might be exposed to immediately through SMS sent from the central system to branch officials.

At the same time, branch officials can take the initiative and send messages to the central system to determine the status of ATM machines concerning the availability of cash.

The new technology ensures that those machines will continue to operate all day without any malfunctions, claimed KFH.

The system also allows officials to supervise all ATM machines or a specific machine only.

KFH manager of the Infrastructure Services Department at the IT Sector Haitham Al-Tarkeet said KFH is keen to develop its systems that allow its clients to complete their banking transactions through implementing the most advanced technology channels.
