Clark will succeed the current president, formerly held by Clark Capital founder and chief executive officer Harry Clark, who will remain chairman and chief executive officer.

At the same time, Clark Capital revealed that its assets under management (AUM) have grown to $3bn, triple the assets the firm managed three years ago.

Clark will be responsible for the implementation of the overall strategy of the firm, and will continue to spearhead Clark Capital’s entire business development initiatives as well as managing the firm’s service support teams and marketing functions, said the wealth manager.

Prior to be promoted to the current position, he was acting as the firm’s executive vice president of business development since 2010.

The firm recently announced that its assets under management (AUM) have grown to $3bn, triple the assets the firm managed three years ago, in which Brendan Clark imparted significant role.
