BPC Asia Pacific managing director Rajan Narayan said the company appointed Dinh as regional manager for Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam, to build on its continuous growth in the retail payments business across Asia Pacific region.
"Hana will continue to expand our business in these countries. Building on the strong success we have had in Vietnam and now with our presence in Cambodia we are committed to invest in this strategically important market," Narayan added.
Dinh said payment businesses in the four nations have grown significantly with increases in retailing, remittances from migrant workers, mobile payments, microfinance, financial inclusion initiatives and service expansion at ATMs.
"In line with BPC’s policy to locate services and support closer to our customers we have all the necessary capabilities to deliver outstanding service to our customers," Dinh added.
Prior to her promotion, Dinh was responsible for Vietnam business development and account management.
Dinh also worked for HP PSG group and Microsoft MDP, before joining BPC.
