As part of the rationalization, on November 12, 2007 the other corporate business outlets of Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation in Sapporo, Sendai, Kanagawa, Nagano, Shizuoka, Kyoto, Kobe, Hiroshima and Takamatsu will be transferred to The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, by means of a company split.
