NMVC will manage FIG’s maiden vehicle, the FIG Concept Seed Fund, will provide access to FIG’s current portfolio of newest investments, as well as future deal flow.

Commenting on the launch of new firm, FIG director Mark Hanington said the launch of NMVC is a key part of FIG’s longer term fundraising initiatives and the fund target high-net-worth investors with a minimum investment of £100,000.

"The fund provides the perfect opportunity for these investors and it will complement our network of angel investors by providing promising growth businesses with faster access to capital," Hanington added.

The Fund’s investment committee includes chairman Robin McIlvenny, who is a former banking executive, David Marshall, Michael Blakey and Mark Minter.
