Mr Kyrkos has held important posts within the group in various areas and has effectively contributed to the expansion of the group’s activities in Greece and abroad. While risk management has constituted his main area of activity, he has also been a member of the board, chairman of the bank’s risk committee, chairman of Eurobank properties board, as well as chairman or member of the board of other subsidiaries of the group.
Mr Kyrkos has agreed to remain as an advisor to the management of the bank from October 25, 2007 until December 31, 2007, date of his departure from the group. At the same time, he will maintain his duties as chairman of Eurobank properties board until that date.
