Bancorp of New Jersey, the holding for Bank of New Jersey, has announced the promotion of Michael Lesler to President and Chief Operating Officer of the company and the bank. Mr. Lesler was also appointed to the board of directors of the company and the bank effective from June 24, 2009. Albert Buzzetti remains as Board Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Lesler has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company and the Bank and previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Bridge View Bank, Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey.
