Mr Capitman brings more than 35 years of experience advising clients on corporate finance matters, including buy- and sell-side assignments, fairness opinions, IPOs, public tenders, LBO/MBOs, government privatizations and debt and equity placements across virtually every industry and geography.
Most recently, Mr Capitman served as a managing director at The Bank of New York, in the Merchant Banking Group, where he held senior coverage responsibility for private equity firms, as well as national corporate and middle-market clients. Earlier, he served as a managing director and head of corporate finance at Fieldstone.
Mr Capitman graduated from Yale University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in Economics, and received a Master of Arts degree in economics, with honors, from the University of Miami Graduate School of Business and Economics.
