Oxford Bank, a Michigan-based commercial bank has promoted Eugene Mallia to assistant vice president. Mr. Mallia’s responsibilities include supervision of card services department, which consists of credit cards, debit cards, stored-value cards and merchant services programs.
A 17-year employee of the bank, Mr. Mallia first assumed management of Oxford Bank’s merchant services function in 1996, followed by the oversight of credit card offerings in 1999. Mr. Mallia was appointed bank officer in December of 2002. In addition, he has overseen all facilities management for the bank since the first quarter of this year, and has performed the duties of bank security officer since 2008.
Oxford Bank, operates eight full-service offices in Clarkston, Davison, Dryden, Goodrich, Lake Orion, Oakland Township,Ortonville and Oxford, along with a consumer lending center in Oxford and a commercial banking office in Lake Orion.
