Public Savings Bank, a Pennsylvania-based bank, has announced that it has upgraded its electronic funds transfer platform.

Reportedly, the bank became the member of SWIFT, that enables foreign wire transactions to over 8,800 member banks in more than 200 countries. It has said that the new technology platform allows an extended time window to wire funds to both domestic and foreign recipients.

The bank has claimed that it can accommodate multi-currency transactions anywhere in the world. However, wires do not need to be in US dollars. Additionally, the online banking portal is also offered in Spanish language.

Jack Miller, CEO of Public Savings Bank, said: “We are a facilitator of online banking and electronic payments all over the world.”
