The US union said that the FCU transforms its endeavor with Acumen platform, enhancing online banking, mobile payments and Popmoney among member services innovations.
The firm claims that Acumen account processing platform with open architecture facilitates stringent consolidation with Fiserv digital services, channel management, lending, item processing and financial management solutions
Additionally, the credit union has also picked up other Fiserv solutions including Corillian Online for online banking, Mobiliti for mobile banking, Popmoney for person-to-person payments, CheckFree RXP for online bill payment.
The firm has also deployed AccountCreate for online account opening, Loan Advantage for online loan origination, ConvergeIT IVR for audio response, Nautilus for image and report repository, AML Manager for risk management, Prologue for accounting, Prism Analytics for member relationship management.
