Commonwealth Bank, an Australia-based provider of integrated financial services, has added new features to its online banking channel NetBank, offering customers ease of use and transparency.
According to the bank, NetBank features currently being rolled out for customers include, improved search, increased security, enhanced account information pages and alerts and reminders. The bank has added that NetBank business customers will also benefit from additional features such as more personal service, greater control of their finance and simpler account opening.
Drew Unsworth, general manager for online banking at Commonwealth Bank, said: “Our recent enhancements are focused on fine tuning the online experience for customers so that we can further empower customers to manage their money online and give them greater flexibility and transparency over their account holdings, in particular, improving search functionality and security.”
