AltaPacific Bank has appointed Frank Basirico as executive vice president of mergers and acquisitions. Mr Basirico has around 31 years of experience in the financial services industry where he has served in various executive positions. He will focus on business acquisitions and expansion projects throughout the entire state of California.
Mr Basirico, said: “The Board of Directors and management have a very sound plan for the future and I am honored to be allowed to participate in that plan. The bank has done exceptionally well since opening in 2006. Their level of success in such a short period of time serves as a great tribute to their business skills and leadership.”
