Mr Gusky has a long career in both finance and risk management. He served in the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis and the Office of Thrift Supervision. Most recently, he was vice president with Irwin Financial. Prior to that he was a senior vice president with Union Federal Bank of Indianapolis.
