In his role, Mr Marques will oversee product development, distribution and marketing, technology, and the continued expansion of the equity electronic trading platform.
He joined Deutsche Bank from Credit Suisse, where he was a MD in the alternative execution products group. He has 15 years of industry experience and has held senior electronic trading roles at Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs.
