Al Rajhi Bank aims to improve its banking channels to deliver on the promise to make banking convenient for customers through its branch network, ATMs and online banking services.

Saeed Al Ghamdi, deputy CEO of Al Rajhi Bank, said: “Our expansion strategy will continue till we achieve the ultimate objective of being closer to our customers and provide them with the best-in-class products and services in order to make banking more convenient for them.

“All these new branches are going to open with one focus in mind ‘our customer experience’, and for that to be achieved we’ve carefully studied and implemented our in-branch design to create the perfect modern environment for our clients and employees. In parallel, we’ve enhanced our ‘systems and transactions’ procedures, including our internet banking system in order to meet our customers’ needs in quick and convenient manner.

“We are continuing to expand according to a solid plan taking into consideration number of important elements, such as: the human capital needed to operate and run our huge network, the feasibility and economical studies of such expansion strategy and how it will be reflected in terms of growth and most importantly we’re also studying the need of branches at specific areas around the kingdom.
