Ms Bhandarkar will be responsible for the growth of investment banking franchise in India, capitalizing on the momentum achieved in the last 18 months. He will work closely with Credit Suisse’ wealth management and asset management leadership in India to deliver the benefits of credit suisse’ integrated banking model to Indian clients.

Ms Bhandarkar and Mr Bhandarkar join from JPMorgan India, where Ms Bhandarkar has been a managing director and head of investment banking since 2004. Mr Pangal has been with JP Morgan since 1999 and was most recently a managing director responsible for the marketing and execution of all investment banking products.

Mr Pangal has had coverage responsibility across several sectors for many of India’s financial groups including Reliance Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group, Essar Group, JSW Group and Aditya Birla Group.
